The University of Georgia Office of Online Learning is proud to have Paul Mittelhammer, our new enrollment coach, to help prospective students navigate the world of online education. Paul is an experienced college admissions counselor, former Director of Admissions and Dean of Enrollment Management at Huntingdon College for ten years and most recently worked for the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning. 

Paul has worked at Citibank in their student loan division to assist financial aid offices and students with their educational financing options. While working at Citibank, Paul had the opportunity to visit many college campuses and assist with electronic delivery systems.

His next adventure was at NSLP as the VP for Lender Relations. During this time, he assisted with a student loan guarantor transition to a new business model for serving colleges. Lastly, on the Council for Adult Experiential Learning, Paul promoted its portfolio delivery system for adult learners. Paul received his bachelors at Huntingdon College and his MBA at Auburn University.

At Online Learning, Paul assists future online students who are interested in enrolling in online programs. He serves as a guide and resource for students as they begin their educational journey online. He puts himself in the student’s shoes and helps improve the online educational experience for all.
