The Mary Frances Early College of Education, acting on their commitment to teaching students today’s most relevant and desirable skills for their future pursuits, revitilized the Adult Education program and aptly named the online M.Ed. in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development (LLOD). This program combines critical human resource skills from the former M.Ed. in Human Resources and Organizational Development program with updated curriculum from the Adult Education degree. LLOD graduates become leaders, adept at preparing other professionals to maximize their own potential across multiple disciplines within an organization.

Last week UGAonline shared the news that Karen Watkins, UGA faculty, was honored by the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) with induction into the Scholar Hall of Fame. You can study with her and other world-class faculty and students in UGAonline’s new M.Ed. in Human Resources and Organizational Development, beginning fall 2014!

The HROD program on campus has been recognized by the AHRD for innovation and is now available 100% online. Students will learn how to aid an organization or business in expansion and problem solving through customized training and group work.

Students will take two courses per semester (six hours) for two years, completing their program with an applied project, a student portfolio and an oral exam. This flexible schedule welcomes and encourages mid-career students who want to expand their knowledge.

The application deadline for fall enrollment is July 1. Admission to the online program is offered in even years only.

Online M.Ed., Human Resources and Organizational Development
