5 Resources The Library Offers for Online Students!

5 Resources The Library Offers for Online Students!

1. Request a Book. There are several library texts and books online, but some are only available in print at the library. If you need a resource, but cannot make it to the library, you can fill out a form to have it sent to you. This service is only for online students!

2.Video Tutorials. Since you might not be able to have a librarian walk you through the online databases, there are videos to help you out! They can show you basic things like how to set up a Galileo account from home or how to find just the right database you are looking for.

3. Resources by Subject. The librarians have set up helpful library guides that are organized by class or subject for undergraduate and graduate class levels.

4. Additional Resources. The library has many resources that online students can put to use. The rest can be found on the Distance Learning Help page!

5. Distance Learning Librarian. The best resource the library has to offer is Lynn Calhoun, the Distance Learning Librarian! She is available to answer any questions online students might have over phone or email. She put together all of these resources for online students and specializes in online education. Her contact information can be found on her library profile page.
