University of Georgia students have access to Microsoft Office at no cost through UGA’s agreement with Microsoft. This includes full versions of popular programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more.

The software can be installed on multiple devices, including laptops, tablets, and phones, making it easy to work on assignments wherever you are. As long as you’re actively enrolled at UGA, you’ll continue to have free access to Microsoft Office.
