I completed my bachelor’s degree at the University of Connecticut and my Ph.D. from Arizona State University. Since then, my research has focused on anatomy education and invertebrate biomechanics.
I am a Associate Professor of Anatomy at the Augusta University/University of Georgia Medical College Partnership.
My teaching expertise falls under clinical gross anatomy, anatomical imaging, ultrasound, community population health, and clinical anatomy teaching skills.
Since 2015, every year I've earned the MCG Exemplary Teaching Award, among others.
