Clinical Assistant Professor
Kaneshia Dorsan is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Educational Administration and Policy (EDAP) program at the University of Georgia. Before joining the UGA graduate faculty, Dr. Dorsan worked for 19 years in K-12 education. With experience in various school settings, she has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, instructional coach, and principal. In her roles, she has supported and mentored several aspiring leaders. Dr. Dorsan’s research interests include educational leadership, literacy education, and school administration and policy.
