The University of Georgia received a place among Forbes’ list of Top Public Colleges in the U.S., ranking at #21.

Forbes considers multiple factors in their rankings, including: alumni salary, debt, graduation rate, leadership and entrepreneurial success of graduates, return on investment, retention rate and academic success.

The undergraduate retention rate for UGA is 95% and the six-year completion rate is 88%, which is higher than the rates of peer universities. Additionally, within six months of graduating 92% of the class of 2021 were attending graduate school or engaged in an internship.

Recently, UGA was ranked #10 Among Public Universities in the U.S. by the Niche and #16 Best Public College according to US News & World Report. Additionally, UGA Online has many highly ranked programs, with the online Master of Education programs ranked #3 in the nation by U.S. News & World Report.
