The University of Georgia was ranked 10th among public universities in the U.S. by Niche at the end of August. UGA scored highly for academics, value, diversity and athletics on a ranking that compared over 500 colleges and universities.

Retention rates and degree completion timelines “far exceed those of UGA’s peer institutions,” with 72% of students completing their degrees within four years and 88% completing their degrees within six, according to a recent UGA Today article.

Furthermore, 92% of students who graduated in 2021 were employed, held an internship or were furthering their education at a graduate level.
The UGA name and mission are well recognized in the state of Georgia and throughout the U.S.
