Alumni Profile: Matt Cosson, Masters in Food Technology

Matt Cosson, Vice President of Distribution Management at Arby's Supply Chain Cooperative, completed his online Master of Food Technology program through the University of Georgia in 2006. Online Learning Cohort-Based Fellows Program

In support of the creation of online undergraduate summer courses, the Office of Online Learning (OOL) is offering the Online Learning Faculty Fellows program. The cohort-based fellows program is college-centric, with the intent of empowering colleges to identify courses that align with their strategic needs. UGA Only University In Nation With Two Recipients of Beckman Award For Teaching Excellence

Two University of Georgia professors have received the Elizabeth Hurlock Beckman Award for teaching excellence, and one of these, Dr. Melisa "Misha" Cahnmann-Taylor is a professor who teaches in the Graduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) online program. Terry College of Business's Dr. Dawn D. Bennett-Alexander also received the 2015 award. The two of them are among ten professors nationwide to be honored with this award.
